Return and Refund Policy

At Sports Shoe DFW Inc, we want customers to understand our return and refund process before making a purchase. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition in which it was received
• Returned with all original tags, accessories, and packaging
• Accompanied by the order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase

Shoes must be tried on only on a clean indoor surface. Items showing signs of outdoor wear, damage, alterations, odors, stains, missing packaging, or use beyond a reasonable fitting may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

• Photographs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Items returned without prior authorization may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

This is the authorized return address and may be different from the location from which your order was originally shipped.

Do not return an item to the address shown on the original shipping label unless our customer service team confirms that address in the return instructions.

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection, unwanted items, or another reason not caused by Sports Shoe DFW Inc, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Customers should use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt and tracking number until the refund has been completed.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us before returning it. When applicable, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us at info@sportshoedfwinc.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of:

• The item received
• The issue or damage
• The product packaging
• The shipping package and shipping label

Do not discard the item or packaging before receiving instructions from us.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery
• Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, stains, or odors
• Items without the original packaging, tags, or accessories
• Items not originally purchased from Sports Shoe DFW Inc
• Gift cards
• Unauthorized returns

These restrictions do not apply when prohibited by applicable law or when the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product, request a return for the original item. After the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the desired item.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

The customer may still be responsible for return shipping costs when the return is not caused by an error by Sports Shoe DFW Inc.

Refund Process

After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@sportshoedfwinc.com.

Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
